Permetal
Founded on April 30, 1958, Permetal began its activities in São Paulo, initially serving sugar and alcohol industries.
From 1973 to 2020, the company settled in the city of Guarulhos-SP, establishing itself as the largest in the country and one of the most important in its segment in Latin America, exporting its products to several countries.
In 2020, Permetal inaugurated its new, modern manufacturing plant in the city of Cravinhos-SP, US Condominium, in an area of 57,750 m², group of three companies. The move is part of a program to expand our activities, allowing us to improve our efficiency and production capacity.
Três-s
Três-s precision tools was founded in 1969. It is a market leader in the production of precision tools.
The company has invested in latest equipment and high technology to become one of the country’s leading tool manufacturers for the stamping and plastic injection sectors.
It manufactures punches, tools, extractor, pins, stamping bases, components and hot runner systems using its own technology. It serves the automotive, auto parts, household appliances, toys, housewares and packaging sectors in Brazil and throughout Latin America.
Metalgrade
Founded in 1974, initially as Orsometal, Metalgrade is a pioneer in the Electro-whelded Fencing Panels and Floor Grating market, synonymous of quality and tradition in the Brazilian market.
In 2023, Metalgrade was merged with Permetal, a leader in perforated and expanded sheet metal solutions, combining expertise and technology to offer even more alternatives to its customers.
